With all the festive feasting, it’s important to store and reheat leftovers properly to protect your health. Refrigerate cooked food within 2 hours, keep it sealed in airtight containers, and enjoy it within a few days. When reheating, make sure food is steaming hot all the way through.

A little care goes a long way in preventing food poisoning — especially for older adults, children, and those with health concerns. Stay safe, enjoy the leftovers, and look after each other this festive season. 💛🐝
