Qigong is a system of Chinese exercise medicine incorporating mind , breath and movement which may help to remove tension, help with body alignment, create vitality and calm and regulate the mind
Restorative yoga is the practice of conscious rest . The aim is not to seek sensation, you are fully supported by props and muscular engagement is minimised . In this class I aim to create the space for your body and mind to rest.
