✨ A gentle reminder for your yoga flow practice ✨
You might notice there are little pauses between poses in a yoga flow class. These moments are not breaks or hesitations, they are an important part of the practice.
The pause allows your body and breath to reconnect, helping you move with awareness rather than momentum. It gives space to feel the pose you’ve just completed, refine alignment, and let the next movement arise naturally.
It’s not about rushing from one shape to the next or keeping constant motion. It’s about balance, effort and ease, strength and softness, movement and stillness.
In those brief moments of stillness, the nervous system can settle, the breath can lead, and the practice becomes more mindful and sustainable.
So when you show up to class, I invite you to embrace the pauses. They’re where the magic happens, where movement turns into meditation and the practice becomes truly nourishing.
