Good morning everyone
I hope you’re all safe in this weather.
On Saturday night as I about to walk out of the shop the power went down luckily I got my phone on . (Yes working all day )
Since then it’s haven’t been back on yet until now . I had to cancel today appointment
Will let you know when we be back hopefully on Wednesday.
The street light not working so be careful driving and in flooded areas.

Hi everyone
Hope everybody healthy and happy 😊
I had a mother with two boys come to me this week for a massage and feeling guilty about putting herself first even though they all have a massage,
I just said when we go to the airplane why they said to us to put on the mask on YOU FIRST before the person next to you???🤔
Sometimes we forgot that we need a Tune
Up to be able to running around smoothly.

Self care is not Indulgence
It is Self-Perservation

You are worth the quiet moment.
You are worth the deeper breath.
You are worth the time it takes to
Slow down be still and rest .
You Can’t Pour from the Empty Cup .
