Sufficient sleep (at least 8 hours), meditation daily, focus on the moment every moment. If your mind is stuck on something, going over and over, catch it every time and command it STOP STOP STOP. As long as you stay in the now and tune into your Self you can accept without resistance, and everything will unfold with ease.
