Last December I entered an 8 week challenge at my gym, I didn't lose all the weight I wanted but I did reshape myself and I did improve my fitness levels and won the challenge athlete for our branch. Yes I may have the qualifications as a personal trainer, yes I know what I need to do to hit my goals, yes I have all the knowledge I need...yes I'm still human and I need to he held accountable for what I do. This is why even though I can very well train myself to my goals, and have done in the past with great success and results, sometimes I need that person, to train with to hold me accountable for my own results, to push me that extra rep I dont want to do some days, to be my person when I'm tired or cranky to keep pushing me because they know what I can do. I'm just like you! I get it. Some times we all just need that extra push.
2023 is our year to be better versions of ourselves, to push ourselves outside our comfort zones and to love our bodies better. Our bodies have done a great job at taking care of us for many many years, but now it's our turn to start taking care of our bodies and minds.

Bootcamps $15 a class (1 hour)
Personal Training:
One on one; 30 mins $40
45 mins $50
60 mins $65
Partner training (2 people per personal.training session); 30 mins $60
45 mins $75
60 mins $95
One on one training i recommend 45 mins and partner training I recommend 60 mins so that you are getting the most out of your time.
30 minutes for both one on one or partner training doesn't really give you enough time to get into training and find your stride. That is my personal opinion 🙂
