The Shark Cage® program is relevant for any woman who has experienced an abusive relationship in their lifetime, and has a child 5 or under and/or is currently pregnant.
Shark Cage® can:
✅ Increase your capacity to set boundaries
✅ Improve your assertive communication skills
✅ Increase the awareness of the impacts of abuse
✅ Decrease any feelings of self-blame or victim blaming
✅ Increase your capacity for self-care & kindness to themselves
✅ Increase connection to your feelings and body
✅ Increase your sense of self worth
✅ Increase belief in your entitlement to basic human rights
✅ Increase their ability to recognise a potentially abusive or exploitative person

Are you pregnant or parenting a 0-5 year old and looking for a safe space to connect with other parents?

This peer support group is held in our child friendly group room, giving you a chance to bring-along bub and talk about the realities of life, how you are feeling, and your parenting journey.

We’ve got tea, coffee, and snacks covered, all you need to bring is yourself! ☕️

Establishing strong foundations—systems, spaces, and ways of working—takes time, care, and patience!

We are quietly, madly working behind the scenes, laying strong foundations and shaping our spaces to feel accessible, welcoming and genuinely responsive to parents' needs.

The framework we use around the development of our Parent Wellbeing Centres means our service is intentionally designed to bring together community, lived experience and professional support around families during the perinatal and early parenting period.

Our Sunshine Coast team are doing an amazing job, and we can't wait to share more updates as we continue to progress our work growing and strengthening places for parents to find support, services and connection in one welcoming space - a Parent Wellbeing Centre 😀

We’re kicking off the year with fresh energy, warm connection, and plenty of support for you and your little one. If are a mum with an infant under 12 months of age, and you’ve been thinking about joining a group that feels welcoming, warm, uplifting, and genuinely supportive as you navigate the ups and downs along the journey of being a parent — this is your sign ✨

Our Gold Goast Sunshine Parenting Program kicks off tomorrow and there's still time to register!

Are you a mum with a baby under 15 months of age? 👶

Join us at the Pimpama Community Centre for six weeks of connection, support, and shared experiences. Whether you're in the highs or lows of early motherhood, this program offers a compassionate, judgment-free space to connect with other mums and build your emotional well-being and parenting confidence. Led by perinatal peer workers – this is your chance to find your village!

✨ Join our first Just Peachy Peer Support Group for 2026 at Ipswich Central ✨

We’re excited to introduce a special creative edition of our Just Peachy Peer Support Group at our Ipswich Central location 🌿

This session will offer a gentle, relaxed space to pause and reflect on your hopes, aspirations, and intentions for 2026 through a guided vision board activity. Using creativity as a tool for self-connection, we’ll support you to explore what you’d like more of in the year ahead — at your own pace, in your own way.

🖼️ What to expect:
• A calm, welcoming peer support space
• Aesthetic vision board creation and guided reflection
• A creative twist on the usual Just Peachy format
• Time for intention-setting and self-connection at the start of the year

🤍 Who is this for?
This is a peer support group for anyone who is pregnant or parenting children aged between 0–5 years.

All core materials will be provided. You’re also very welcome to bring along any personal images, quotes, or materials from home if you’d like to add a personal touch.

This session will be gently facilitated, with no pressure to share — just space to be, create, and connect.
