Are you pregnant or parenting a 0-5 year old and looking for a safe space to connect with other parents?

This peer support group is held in our child friendly group room, giving you a chance to bring-along bub and talk about the realities of life, how you are feeling, and your parenting journey.

We’ve got tea, coffee, and snacks covered, all you need to bring is yourself! ☕️

There are still spots remaining at Mount Gravatt for our final Shark Cage® program for the year! 🦈

Register soon to avoid disappointment! The next round in Nundah and Morayfield will start on Wednesday 8th October and will run weekly for 7 weeks from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. The next round in Mount Gravatt will start on Thursday 9th October running weekly for 7 weeks from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m.

The Shark Cage® program is relevant for any woman who has experienced an abusive relationship in their lifetime.

Shark Cage® can:
✅Increase your capacity to set boundaries
✅Improve your assertive communication skills
✅Increase the awareness of the impacts of abuse
✅Decrease any feelings of self-blame or victim blaming
✅Increase your capacity for self-care & kindness to themselves
✅Increase connection to your feelings and body
✅Increase your sense of self worth
✅Increase belief in your entitlement to basic human rights
✅Increase their ability to recognise a potentially abusive or exploitative person

This program is for any woman who has a child 5 or under and/or is currently pregnant

Each week we do a different craft activity while bub can socialise with the other kids 🪀

Candle making for the wave of light celebration 🕯️

Join us for our next Parenting After Loss Group, where we will be making candles for International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day on October 15th.

We encourage everyone—whether you have experienced pregnancy loss personally or know someone who has—to join the on October 15. By lighting a candle, you send a message of love and support to those who have lost a baby. It’s a small but meaningful way to show that no one is alone in their grief.

All materials will be provided alongside morning tea ☕️
