Grieving starts at the moment of diagnosis… not when they die!
Many think, including myself until I lived this, when Ben was diagnosed his friend, family all grieve in their own way, and sometimes anger is the driver of grief.
Grief is one of those feelings it’s hard to place one emotion on, as it’s a tsunami of and I’ve figure out the core why it’s so hard to “overcome” when we will never overcome itself.
It’s something I’ve discovered when my husband died that I’m holding close to me until I share it at my 3 Day Grief Retreat (Transform Your Emotional Pain) to celebrate life again
I’ve done a decade of personal development, trainings and I’ve never ever heard this… why?
It’s because the experience of loosing a husband or wife/partner is a different kind of grief.
How did I come to discover this? Experience, however 12 months of obsessive research into grief, it’s mechanics, it’s emotional cogs, and cognitive processes I feel like “Einstein”
I’m this video 3 years ago… we experienced a family crisis with family!
Setting boundaries and accepting we can not control how others react, we can only respond with our own thoughts, actions resourcefully when we have skills in emotional intelligence.
