This is a long podcast but lots of good ideas:
Wake up same time each day (very important)and bedtime
Circadian rhythm important
Melatonin- minding it (blue light/screen time reduces it)
Exposure to natural light
Decrease eating times (the window of time where you consume food)
Decrease or eliminate alcohol
Psychological happiness/positivity - taking control of mindset

Pelvic floor friendly, balance, bone density, pain/anxiety relaxation classes are now all online

Due to COVID we have now got all our classes streaming online. Check out the link on my website to follow the easy online booking system. Amanda Waldock conducts the Tuesday 10am class, Jane the Thursday 10am class, Megan the Friday 10am class.

We have created a lovely space downstairs at my Physiotherapy practice at 7/47 Hampstead Road, Highgate -Hill, 4101 also for one-on-one exercise sessions or these can also be streamed into your living room.

The feedback from all the ladies with the streamed classes has been great and we will be continuing these in the longer term because the space downstairs is quite small.

To make a booking or for any enquiries please ring +61 407 659 357 (We are having problems with our Optus landline at present so it is better to ring or text the mobile. Feel free to leave a message and the secretaries will contact you on the next business day. Our dance classes are still being conducted at 194 Gladstone Road, Highgate Hill depending on numbers and COVID restrictions.
