My new cable machine workout video just went up on YouTube last night. The exercises I do in this video are really similar to what I might do in a hotel gym as they often will only have a cable machine and a few light dumbbells to use.

Just a few of the new Personal Bests that were set in the studio last week.

Kristy set new records on her Dumbbell Bench Press and Lat Pulldown.

Peter also set a new record on the Lat Pulldown. We didn't do muscle-ups before it this week so he was able to hit it nice and fresh.

And lastly Clytie set a new record on the Air Bike which happens to be her least favourite pieces of equipment, but she still put in the hard work to set a new time on it.
