Heart's Voice Experiences have helped me to understand loss, grief and the journey to a last breath. I am a non medical support for the dying and their families and friends.

I have studied Counselling, Breathwork, Emotional Intelligence and End of Life Doula. Teresa helps women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, powerless and alone due to the effects of family violence to breakthrough their past emotional blockages that have been keeping them stuck in negative patterns, so they can heal, reclaim their voices, find inner peace, happiness, self-love and live with confidence. A thriver of child abuse and family violence herself Teresa understands the importance of a safe and non-judgmental space for women to heal, grow and thrive in life. Teresa is a Women’s Thrive Coach/ Breathwork Practitioner registered with Australian Breathwork College and Australian Breathwork Association. She also is an active advocate with White Ribbon
