Hi everyone. I’m Angela, a counsellor, coach, and medical educator based in Cleveland on the Redlands Coast, and I’m passionate about helping people feel better and live well.

I support people through the seasons of life when things can feel heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, health challenges, grief, relationship changes, perimenopause or menopause, or a major life transition, you do not have to do it alone.

I offer compassionate, evidence-informed counselling in a safe, calm, and grounded space, tailored to your needs and pace. My approach is warm, supportive, and focused on helping you find clarity, steadiness, and a way forward.

Sometimes it is about having a calm, supported space to slow down, talk honestly, understand the patterns you keep getting stuck in, and find a better way forward together.

Whether you are feeling disconnected, caught in the same arguments, navigating stress, or wanting to strengthen your relationship, counselling can help you communicate more clearly and reconnect with each other.

Couples counselling sessions are now available.

Introductory rates:
First session: $100 for 50 minutes
Follow-up sessions: $130 for 50 minutes

Limited places at introductory rate. Standard rate is $180 for 50 minutes.

Start a glimmer list.

A glimmer is a small moment that helps you feel a little more safe, settled, or okay.

It your body soften and feel better.

It might be warm sunshine, a hot cuppa, birds in the yard, a song you love, a gentle stretch, or your dog leaning against you.

Today, notice 3 glimmers and write them down.

This simple practice can help train your attention toward moments of safety and goodness that are already present, even on hard days.
Sometimes it is the very simple, very small things that help us to feel better and live well.
