Flexibility isn’t just for athletes — it’s for anyone who sits at a desk all day.
Yesterday, I was watching Ashleigh at her swimming lesson and chatting with some other mums. One asked what I do, and when I mentioned I’m a physical prep coach starting a flexibility class in Bulimba, she responded, “I really need that!” — then another mum agreed! 🙌
It’s amazing to see people recognizing the power of stretching, and it’s becoming a bigger conversation in wellness — through podcasts, social media, and TV. 🙏
But here’s the thing: it’s not just about talking about it; it’s about doing it. Whether it’s before training or as its own session, *stretching needs to be part of your day* — especially if you’re sitting at a desk for hours! 🧘♀️
I can’t wait to meet everyone at our first class this Friday! Starting is the hardest part, but those who’ve signed up are already halfway there. 💪
