What an incredible weekend we’ve had here at the College of Kinesiology!

Our hearts are full after witnessing the growth, breakthroughs, and beautiful energy shared by our students.

From hands-on learning to deep inner shifts, this weekend was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Kinesiology isn’t just a qualification—it’s a journey of personal transformation and energetic mastery.

We watched confidence grow, techniques refine, and students step further into their power as future practitioners. The courage, curiosity, and compassion in the room was truly inspiring.
