We've had some updates to our group classes! All classes are $22, and most can be claimed on private health.

🦴 Bone Health: This 45min class incorporates strength, impact loading, and balance exercises to manage the effects of Osteopenia and Osteoperosis, build muscle and global, improve balance, and reduce fall risks.
🦴 Now running on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings.

🧘‍♀️ Stretch and Flex: Enhance your flexibility and mobility in this class with guided stretches and mindful movements to improve posture, address stiffness, and leave you feeling refreshed. This class is for people of all skill levels.
🧘‍♂️ Class runs on Wednesday evenings.

🏃‍♀️ Strength Training for Runners: This class focuses on developing power, strength, and efficiency for running through power and dynamic movements. For runners of all levels.
🏃‍♂️ Moved to Friday mornings.

💪 Group Exercise: This class aims to improve general fitness, cycling through periodised global cardiovascular conditioning and strength blocks.
💪 Saturday morning classes still running.
💪 Private health rebate is NOT available for this class.

Paul and his team will be joining the Kokoda challenge on 19th July on the Gold Coast. The challenge will cover 96km and 3,964m of elevation over two days.

Paul will be joined by his incredible teammates – Claudia Peglar , Phillip Peglar and Margs Menko to take on this epic adventure to raise funds for youth programs that build resilience, leadership, and a whole lot of grit in young Aussies.
