HOW TO MANAGE YOUR CALCIUM ABSORBTION

For most people, bone health issues are not because of a deficiency in calcium.

ABOUT my OZZIEBUDDY electrolytre drink

I had been taking 1000 - 2000mg of Bioglan Active Magnesium daily and I STIILL HAD LEG CRAMPS at night.

I bought some electrolyte pills and they went away.

So I made my own formula using a commercial cordial for sucrose
then I began using a small amount of Crows Nest Cordial as a sweetener. Now the taste is awesome and the incidence of leg cramps is almost nil.
To aid in iron absorbtion from vegetables, I added about 5000mg of powdered vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid).

I can unashamedly say that my OZZIEBUDDY ELECTROLYTE drink is perhaps as good or more effective than GATORADE.
The taste and effect compared to GATORADE is also superior in my view..

LEG CRAMPS - MAGNESIUM - ELECTROLYTES - ASTRAZENECA
Did you know that lack of electrolytes in your body can lead to blood clots and even heart trouble?
IF you are taking 1000mg of Bioglan Active Magnesium or even 2000 mg and still experiencing nightly leg cramps or muscle cramps when walking, please consider ingesting an electrolyte drink or a sports drink.
