You might start your New Year’s resolution journey and feel disheartened when facing the scale on a Monday morning, just like me today. But let me share this – I had an amazing Saturday with my girls, and those moments are the vibrant colors that paint the canvas of our lives. 🎨🙌
Yes, my weight journey has its ups and downs, but with persistent workouts and meal plans, I’m steadily approaching my target weight. It’s not about avoiding missteps; it’s about bouncing back stronger every time we face a challenge. 🏋️♀️
Embrace it all! Indulging with friends and savoring a delightful meal is not a setback; it’s an essential part of our journey. After all, our souls need nourishment too, and it’s all part of a balanced life. 🍔🥂
We can all apply what I teach my teams at work: keep setting your goals and targets, plan the road to success, do the work, occasionally choose to take the long way home, check in on how you’re tracking, reflect and what is important and what you’ve learned, and adjust when you’re off target or things aren’t working.
So, seize the day, relish your unique journey, and make each moment count. With commitment and consistency, there’s nothing you can’t achieve. 🎯
