Hi Physio One community,
We've made a change to our group class timetable:
Our Friday Strength & Conditioning with Rhys has moved to 4:00pm every Friday afternoon*, starting on Friday the 12th of September, (formerly Fridays at 12:30pm).
*Next week (Friday, 5th September), will be at 3:00pm.
As per requested by our class attendees, the class will start later in the afternoon to accommodate school and work hours.
If you haven't tried this class yet, now’s the perfect time to jump in.
