I am nurse who absolutely loves her job but I also often see how much a persons mental health & physical health are so intertwined. The human body can be so incredible sometimes!
So I created Gizmo Self Care Boxes. These boxes are designed to encourage the practice of mindfulness along with self care.
To be aware of one's thoughts yet not interacting with or judging those thoughts is incredibly difficult! Trust me I still struggle with this.......but that is OK.
My dream is that 'Gizmo Self Care Boxes' can help change one moment of a strangers life. Life is tough. It constantly throws curve balls but what matters is that you get back up, sometimes it's a friend or family that will help pull you back up. We need to look out for our loved ones as there are times they need us ❤️
