Yin & Pins Summer Masterclass ~ a unique opportunity to combine the ancient modalities of Yin Yoga and Acupuncture.

Late November is a transitional time between the seasons, an opportunity to connect back to the Earth before the business of High Summer

What to Expect: Yin Yoga led by Heather: A grounding practice featuring long-held, floor-based postures that gently open the body’s deeper connective tissues and nourish meridians.

Acupuncture led by Kathryn & Lou: A Traditional Chinese Medicine technique using thin needles at specific points to stimulate energy flow and promote healing.

Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine & Meridian Theory, focusing on Spleen & Stomach channels for grounding before summer.
