Good Morning,
What a beautiful day after the storms.
Today I am going to romance my own Energy; because at the end of the day, I am the only one responsible for that said Energy.
No one else can feel your pulse the way you do.
No one else knows the exact ache behind your smile,
or the quiet craving in your bones for rest, for ritual, for realignment.
When you outsource your energy - your joy, your steadiness, your spark - you become dependent on someone else's weather.
And darling, their forecast is not your responsibility.
Tending to your own energy is not selfish.
It’s sacred.
It’s the difference between burnout and brilliance.
Between reacting and responding.
Between surviving and creating.
So today, I romance my own energy.
I stir sweetness into my own cup.
I become the keeper of my own flame.
Because I am the only one who can truly honour it.
