Excited to announce JS-PT now offers podiatry in our Milton studio!

For those that don’t know, our co owner Matt McKean has been a practicing podiatrist for over 13 years. Formerly working from an external clinic a couple of days a week, he has since moved to establish his own specialised clinic within JS-PT to offer podiatry to both our clients and the public along side personal training.

What a weekend that was at the !

A little sore today, but spirits are certainly sky high. For most of us our first marathon, which at the start of this training block felt like a very, very long way away from achieving.

THREE INGREDIENT HIGH PROTEIN PANCAKES

An absolute go to in our household which yields approx 35g of protein!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oats
2 large eggs
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)

Method:
1. Mix everything in a blender until well combined
2. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add the batter in 2-3 tablespoon portions (the above photo is 2 tablespoon portions) and cook until golden
3. Serve with your choice of fruit and syrup (photo includes maple syrup, strawberries, raspberries, touch of strawberry jam.
4. Lick your plate clean

Kat has been a personal trainer and coach in the fitness industry for 7+ years and specialises in strength and conditioning and barbell training. Additionally a competitive powerlifter, she has loads of experience and knowledge to efficiently teach the correct and safe ex*****on of barbell movements.

Kat believes in long-term health and life goals and sustainable training, focusing on performance and building good lifestyle habits for an overall healthy body and mind, rather than the quick fix that leaves you run-down, exhausted and frustrated.

Fun Facts:

Nadeen has 10+ years experience as a massage therapist, alongside her career as a professional basketballer in the WNBL. She specialises in remedial, deep tissue, and sports massage, as well as cupping treatments.
