☕ Some people work from home… we work from cafés.

Between great coffee and even better conversations, our “office” often looks like a local café table.

It’s where we get to do some of the best parts of what we love — meeting amazing providers, hiring and supporting our staff, team catch-ups, participant meet and greets, and welcoming new participants into Healthcare Heroes.

These moments remind us why we do what we do. Every conversation, connection, and collaboration helps us move closer to our goal of delivering high-quality, compassionate care to the people we support.

And let’s be honest… everything just flows a little better with a good cup of coffee.

Provider Catch-Ups… But Make It Productive!

Another day well spent connecting with some amazing providers in the NDIS space. It’s always inspiring to see so many brilliant minds and big hearts working tirelessly to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disability.

And guess what… this time we actually remembered to take a photo! 📸

😂 “Take the photo… take the photo…”

You know that little voice in your head that says “Make sure you take a photo for the post!”
And then… you walk out of the meeting without one.

Why? Because you got caught up in a passionate conversation about improving lives, supporting participants, and sharing ideas with someone who cares just as much as you do.

That’s exactly what happened when we caught up with Nat Carter from Healthy Emporium for a great coffee ☕.

We’ve been working with Healthy Emporium since the very beginning of the Healthcare Heroes journey, and their whole team has been incredible. Their communication is outstanding, their professionalism is second to none, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure participants and their NDIS or Aged Care plans are well supported from start.

🤝🏻 Collaboration in Care 🤝🏻

We truly believe that collaboration is a key element of working in the NDIS and Home Care space. It’s always inspiring to connect with other providers who share the same purpose — putting participants first.

After a few reschedules and some calendar juggling, we finally had the opportunity to catch up with Paul from Jasper Care Services. Paul and his team are doing incredible work, and their commitment to participant-focused care is clearly at the heart of everything they do.

It’s always great to meet like-minded organisations who are passionate about delivering meaningful support and making a positive difference in people’s lives. Great work Jasper care- we look forward to working together.
