As an approved provider ready to assist Custom Care with Vintage Values. As NDIS providers we offer Plan Management and Support Coordination we can help you obtain the optimum support from your NDIS Plan. Our support workers provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport you to and from appointments, take you around the community to stay connected with your friends, shopping assistance, and

meal prep just to name a few. If it is not NDIS you are after we also offer assistance and guidance through My Age Care system. We can also provide care for DVA clients. You DO NOT have to leave your home to ensure a great quality of life. This can all be provided within your home and with the right support and guidance, we will help you to create this in-home care solution.

Peppermint Care is looking for an urgent support worker to cover shifts in Arana Hills this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Client is 17 yrs old male.

Shifts are as follows:
Meet and Greet tomorrow Wednesday 23/7 - from 4pm to 5pm
Thursday 24/7 - 2:30pm to 10pm, Sleep over 10pm to 10am
Friday 25/7 - 7pm to 10pm, sleep over from 10pm to 9am
Must have all relevant checks and qualifications.

Paid under the SCHADS home care award disability pay rate between $35.15 to $42.74 during the week, extra allowance for Saturday rate, afternoon rate and overnight sleep over.

Area: Sinnamon Park.
Service: Supporting an aged care client with showering assistance, meal prep, medication prompting, social support, and light domestic tasks. Dementia experience would be an advantage.
Days: Wednesday 4pm to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 11am and 4pm to 6pm, and Sunday 9am to 11am and 4pm to 6pm.

Must have relevant qualifications and experience. Paid under SCHADS Home Care Award between $38.56 per hour to $48.43 per hour depending on qualifications. Saturday and Sunday are between $46.28 per hour to $65.48 per hour (depending on qualifications).
