Peppermint Care Peppermint Care is an in-home care provider for NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and Veterans Home Care. We provide service to Southeast Queensland and Bundaberg.

As an approved provider ready to assist Custom Care with Vintage Values. As NDIS providers we offer Plan Management and Support Coordination we can help you obtain the optimum support from your NDIS Plan. Our support workers provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport you to and from appointments, take you around the community to stay connected with your friends, shopping assistance, and meal prep just to name a few. If it is not NDIS you are after we also offer assistance and guidance through My Age Care system. We can also provide care for DVA clients. You DO NOT have to leave your home to ensure a great quality of life. This can all be provided within your home and with the right support and guidance, we will help you to create this in-home care solution.

Peppermint Care is seeking a casual support worker to start immediately. Need to be available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Supporting clients under NDIS, Veterans and aged care clients.

The regular support worker will be on leave from Monday, January 12, 2026, to January 23, 2026. We are looking for someone to cover their position during this time, with the possibility of ongoing work afterwards.

The first week will involve a total of 17 hours, while the second week of coverage will require 21 hours.

The pay rate, in accordance with the SHADS Award, ranges from $35.71 to $45.76 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Peppermint Care is seeking an Administration Assistant to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. As the team grows, we will need someone to cover until 5 pm during the week. There may be occasions when you need to work until 5pm, weekend work, and you will also be able to help with the rotating on-call after-hours roster during the week and on weekends.

The office is located in Windsor, and for the right person, there will be occasional work from home once a week.

Pay rate will be negotiated during the interview. We are ideally seeking someone with experience in NDIS, Support at Home, and Veterans services.
