🎉 Expo Highlights | March
March was a successful month for ADAPT Housing, with our team attending both the Developing Australian Communities Brisbane Disability Expo and the RDE Logan Disability Expo. We had the opportunity to connect with a wide range of participants, families, support coordinators, and industry professionals, and to have many meaningful conversations about accessible housing and SDA options.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat — we made many new connections and look forward to continuing those conversations beyond the expo floor.

Thrive Together: Hospital to Home Transitions | Information Session & SDA Open Day
Hosted by Peak Care Services
Transitions from hospital into long term, 24/7 care environments are complex and require strong collaboration across the health and disability sectors.
ADAPT Housing is proud to be part of Thrive Together: Hospital to Home Transitions, a collaborative information session focused on best practice when supporting people to transition from hospital into ongoing care.
The session will bring together professionals from hospitals, disability services, SDA and SIL providers, support coordination, allied health, and families to share insights, strengthen partnerships, and explore practical approaches to improving transition outcomes.
David from ADAPT Housing will be attending as a guest speaker, and we look forward to connecting with attendees across the sector.
Following the session, attendees are invited to the official open day of newly developed High Physical Support SDA homes in Corio, with the opportunity to tour the homes and learn more about the design and support environment.

The Adapt team come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a wealth of experience in developing innovative and highly specialised solutions.
Our expertise in adhering to government-set guidelines in the housing sector is evidenced by the success of Affordable Management Corporation (AMC), which was founded by the Directors of Adapt Housing.
AMC manages over 2,800 dwellings across 160 locations, providing participation and access to tenants, property developers and investors in the Federal and State Governments’ National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS).
The Adapt team draw on the highly specialised solutions developed by AMC in managing government grant applications, administration, legislative compliance, and ongoing management requirements for participation in the NRAS, applying that knowledge and experience to the requirements of the NDIA’s National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Having already forged strong relationships within the government and housing sectors, Adapt is positioned to successfully collaborate with key stakeholders within the community to achieve ideal outcomes for individual participants, families, service providers and investors alike.
Underwriting the experience and connections of the Adapt team is a strong background in business services and finance, with services also provided to long-term investors seeking to capitalise on the opportunities presented through the provision of specialist disability accommodation.
