One of my favourite moments teaching yoga is when the room exhales.
Phones off.
Shoulders drop.
People remembering they don’t have to hold everything alone.
No need to 'perform' or meet any KPIs.
This is a personal moment for students and myself as a teacher...it's space and quiet to breath.
My classes aren’t about being “good at yoga.”
They’re about feeling better when you leave than when you arrived.
If you’ve been meaning to come back to yourself lately, I’d love to welcome you into the space.
Pop along to a class. If you are walking around with your shoulders up to your ears, holding onto your breath, I get it.
