Goddess energy is at your door, it is time to open your heart and feel. Moonstone comes to us when it is time to feel and truthfully open the door to our emotional self. Many of us believe we already do this, but living in a constant emotional state is not true feeling, as it holds no mastery, discipline or understanding, Moonstone asks you to sit and feel, just sit. Don't label, think, act or react, just feel. By doing this, one gains the ability to experience the cyclic nature of our world. Just as things arise, so they fall away and we are able to surrender and be happy without attachment. This is the path of the Goddess and only those that embrace it may wear the Luna Crest. Remember a feeling is only a feeling while it is felt and experienced, once it is recognized by the mind it is a thought.

The nature of physical life is to create and expand. Sometimes life experiences will pull you out of alignment, so you can understand these experiences from a different angle. When you are out of alignment you will automatically ask questions, and want to create something different. Through this process, you gain clarity about your passions. Being out of alignment can feel awful. It is easy to blame a person or situation when we feel bad, but instead of asking why something is happening, take a breath, return to neutral and ask what you can create from the situation. And remember, your soul is a consistent loving home you can return to, always.

Right now, healing is taking place to support your understanding of the gifts in your experiences, Weird or difficult circumstances can often be a fast track path to your desires. Until we recognise subtle imbalances, the best way to clean up outdated beliefs is to have our buttons pushed, Buttons are created by continued attention to unbalanced thoughts, ideas or beliefs. Every time we are reminded of or talk about a hurt, it pushes a button and reopens a wound that we are yet to heal. Wounds are created by mental, spiritual or physical trauma, Poking at them will prolong the healing process. Leave them alone, so balance can be restored, and wholeness can return. Inspired action for healing may include seeing a therapist, consulting a medical professional, or spending time in the ocean. Focusing on what you love is also healing. All is perfect in every moment, even if we can't see it at the time.
