To ensure I can provide the highest level of care and availability to all clients, I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my appointment policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling 🍃
As a small, home-based clinic, appointment times are carefully reserved just for you.
• I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling
• Where possible, I appreciate 48 hours’ notice
• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit
Deposits🍃
• A deposit is required at the time of booking and a link will automatically be generated once a booking has been scheduled.
• This deposit will be fully deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice is given
I completely understand that life happens, and I always aim to be fair and understanding. This policy simply helps protect my time and supports the smooth running of my business.
