To ensure I can provide the highest level of care and availability to all clients, I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my appointment policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling 🍃
As a small, home-based clinic, appointment times are carefully reserved just for you.

• I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling
• Where possible, I appreciate 48 hours’ notice
• Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your deposit

Deposits🍃
• A deposit is required at the time of booking and a link will automatically be generated once a booking has been scheduled.
• This deposit will be fully deducted from your treatment cost on the day of your appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if adequate notice is given

I completely understand that life happens, and I always aim to be fair and understanding. This policy simply helps protect my time and supports the smooth running of my business.

I'm a Dermal Therapist/Cosmetic Brow Tattooist with 18 years experience offering professional skincare advice and services treating concerns such as; acne, anti aging, pigment and sun damage.

I have worked with leading skincare brands in the UK and Australia as a Dermal therapist, business manager and national trainer. After gaining years of experience in the field and traveling interstate training budding therapists , I have now settled in Bellbowrie and set up my own home based clinic so I can enjoy spending more time with my two beautiful children.

During my career as a skin therapist I suffered from Acne breakout due to hormonal changes, My skin was sensitive, inflammed and extremely congestion. This was a very difficult and stressfull time but it has made me more understanding and empathetic to those suffering with this condition. I have gained a clearer understanding of the power of not only skincare & treatments but the benefits of treating the internal cause, when combined we can achieve life changing results.
