Yesterday, I crossed another threshold - my 55th journey around the Great Central Sun.⁣⁣

And this one feels different.⁣⁣
Richer. Deeper. More crystalline in its frequency.⁣⁣💎

This year wasn’t about doing more - it was about becoming more.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Remembering ancient codes within me. 🗝️♾️✨⁣⁣
Reclaiming the fragments of light that had been waiting patiently for reunion.⁣⁣
Activating higher templates of truth, love, and divine service.⁣⁣

I’ve been through initiations that stripped away every illusion that could no longer stand in the frequency of who I am now.⁣⁣

And from that sacred dismantling, something extraordinary was reborn - a woman who walks as both human and cosmic, anchored in peace, radiating power, and guided by the pulse of the Divine Matrix itself.⁣⁣

There was a time I thought surviving meant silence.⁣
A kind of quiet compliance dressed in strength.⁣
⁣
Hold your head up.⁣
Don’t let them see you bleed.⁣
Smile like your bones aren’t aching.⁣
Like your nervous system isn’t bracing for impact - on loop.⁣
Like you didn’t just drag yourself out of bed… again… ⁣
While your body screamed no, but your life demanded go.⁣
⁣
⁣
I used to hide behind “I’m fine.”⁣
Even when I wasn’t.⁣
Even when my inner child was screaming inside me, begging someone – anyone - to see what had been done to her.⁣
⁣
⁣
Because I didn’t just survive adulthood - I survived childhood.⁣
⁣
The kind that teaches you early that your body isn’t safe.⁣
That love comes with conditions.⁣
⁣
That silence is safer than truth.⁣
⁣
Sexual abuse before I even had language for what it was.⁣
⁣
The kind of trauma that lives in the fascia, that hardwires your nervous system for danger.⁣
⁣
The kind that fractures your sense of self before you ever get the chance to form one.⁣
⁣
⁣
So of course I found myself in toxic relationship after toxic relationship.⁣
It was all I knew.⁣
⁣
One DV partner after another.⁣
Different names, same wounds.⁣
⁣
Same cycles.⁣
Same apologies.⁣
Same fear.⁣
Same bruises and broken bones…. in new places.⁣
⁣
I was both hostage and healer in my own life.⁣
⁣
⁣
I became a master of disguise.⁣
Because when your earliest blueprint for love is pain - you learn to earn your worth through suffering.⁣
⁣
⁣
My body…⁣
She remembered.⁣
She carried every violation.⁣
Every moment I froze.⁣
Every time I disassociated to survive.⁣
Until she couldn’t anymore.⁣
⁣
⁣
You see…⁣
I didn’t just survive abuse.⁣
I wore it.⁣
Internally and externally.
Silently.⁣
Like a shadow stitched into my cells.⁣
⁣
I became the high-functioning, over-giving, self-silencing version of me that looked strong on the outside and was falling the f**k apart inside.⁣
⁣
Invisible wounds are cruel like that.⁣
⁣
They don’t show up in scans.⁣
But they hijack your life.⁣
⁣
Autoimmune diseases - trauma, wrapped in inflammation.⁣
⁣
My body didn’t “fail me.”⁣
It protected me - until it couldn’t anymore.⁣
⁣
Now I’m classed as disabled.⁣
Not because I broke.⁣
But because I survived too much for too long.⁣
Because my system bore what should never have been endured.⁣
⁣
⁣
And still - she stayed.⁣
My body stayed.⁣
I stayed.⁣
⁣
And she’s sacred now.⁣
A roadmap of resilience.⁣
Scarred. Tender. Whole.⁣
⁣
She remembers the bruises.⁣
She remembers the begging.⁣
She remembers the broken-hearted woman kneeling on the bathroom floor whispering,⁣
“I can’t do this anymore.”⁣
⁣
And still - she rises.⁣
⁣
⁣
I don’t long for the woman I used to be.⁣
There’s nothing behind me that calls me back.⁣
The woman I was? She survived.⁣
⁣
But the woman I am now?⁣
She leads.⁣
She creates.⁣
She heals others with the codes she decoded from her own darkness.⁣
⁣
This is what it means to thrive.⁣
Not by erasing what I went through, but by alchemising it into gold.⁣
⁣
⁣
So yes, I walk slower now.⁣
Yes, I rest more.⁣
Yes, I live with permanent scars and a body that doesn’t always cooperate.⁣
⁣
But I show up anyway.⁣
Not for performance.⁣
For presence.⁣
⁣
Because I matter.⁣
Because this body matters.⁣
Because truth matters more than appearances ever did.⁣
⁣
And if you see me now - leading, loving, shining, don’t mistake it for perfection.⁣

See the journey.⁣

See the woman who rose from broken bones, broken dreams, a broken heart - and built a holy life from the pieces.⁣
