I set some goals to achieve by my birthday in August:
- Body fat 7.5% on DEXA ☑️
- Deadlift 1RM estimate 250kg (200kg x 10) ☑️
- Safety Bar Box Squat 180kg (180kg x 3) ☑️
I incorporated Longevity / Optimisation strategies each week including:
- Zone 2, VO2 Max, Rucking, Sprints;
-Daily breath work;
- Sauna, Cold exposure;
- Gratitude;
- Sunlight;
- Nutritious food;
- Zero alcohol (I removed this over a decade ago);
Every day working on building a life of health optimization through lifestyle medicine…1% better than yesterday!
