The calories in coffee can add up quite quickly
 
If you can fit it into your budget, then go for what you like - but very often, this can be an area that is making your calorie deficit way more difficult to stick with (especially if you are having a few across the day)
 
I also don’t suggest only having long blacks and hating your life
 
You could consider having your first coffee being the one you like, followed by lower cal ones as a happy medium (like the examples on the last slide)

Don’t get me wrong, eggs are a very high quality source of protein and I eat them basically everyday

But individually, they’re not super high in protein

So if you’re only having 1-2 as your main source of protein for a meal… you’re not going to have a good time meeting your total daily protein intake

I would either have a fair few in one sitting (4-6) or pair it with other protein sources like cottage cheese, protein bread, chicken etc. to boost up the overall protein of the entire meal

I just find it interesting how some products have the name of an ingredient written massively on the front, but there’s actually only a tiny amount in there

It also shows how useful label reading can be - like with avo dips, there are some with as little as 11% avo, and others up to 80%. Similar story with tunas

Tbh I think this is a very underrated strategy for controlling intake and is something I’ve seen work really well for a lot of clients 👍

It seems to be a common theme contributing to successful weight maintenance (which is a significantly important process of long term weight management) and can also help reduce binge eating episodes 🍴

If you aren’t currently implementing many of these principles, it could be worth giving a go particularly since it requires zero cost 🤷‍♂️
