I feel like, similar to growth and progression with health, it can be really beneficial to look back over a longer timeframe

Overall, I’m really grateful for this year and for all of you who’ve been following along 🤝

Are you getting jipped with your current fish oil?

(also, if you aren’t eating oily fish regularly, it’s probably worth considering an omega 3 supp for general health reasons)

You want to look for one with a high EPA & DHA amount, as those are the compounds that actually give you these benefits (this can be found on the back of the label)

Another key point is to find a brand that is third party tested (i.e. you know they actually contain what they say… a lot dont)

This particular one shown ticks those boxes above and is what I am using at the moment

I personally aim for 1g-1.5g EPA per day
