I donāt think itās an absolute game changer, but if you regularly add sugar/honey to sweeten things, I feel like you may as well choose raw honey šÆ
It keeps all the natural enzymes, pollen, antioxidants, and micro-organisms that bees put into it, so you do get nutrients benefits that other honey wouldnāt provide
With most āpureā or regular honeys - they get heated so it has a smooth/clear appearance and to extend the shelf life. This process removes a fair amount of the nutrition
