"An adult should apply approximately 35mL of sunscreen each time, or 1 teaspoon for:

+ The head and neck
+ Each limb
+ Front of torso
+ Back of torso

Don't forget to apply sunscreen 20 minutes before you go out in the sun and remember to reapply every two hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, exercise and towelling dry."
