Rafiki Disability Care Services is searching for a Level 2 Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

We’re seeking someone with experience in working with participants who have complex needs, particularly in the area of mental health. Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate the NDIS with confidence, and coordinate supports will be key to this role.

✅ Experience working with individuals with complex needs
✅ Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and Level 2 coordination
✅ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✅ Ability to work independently and build trust with participants
✅ Relevant qualifications in community services, mental health, or related fields

Hi there, My name is Belesia, and I am the Director of Rafiki Disability Care Services, a proud NDIS REGISTERED PROVIDER. With over 10 years of experience as a dedicated support worker in the disability and community care sector, I established Rafiki with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that is grounded in dignity, respect, and genuine connection.
The name Rafiki means “friend” in Swahili, and it represents our commitment to building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families we support. We believe that effective care goes beyond practical support it is about trust, empathy, and understanding.
