Some big Baby to Three news from me… I’m (rather!) pregnant and due to have a Christmas-time baby (again!) 👶🏼🎄🎁 ✨

I’ll be wrapping up my clinic on 5th December, but you can anticipate my return in September 2026 💛

I’ve been sitting on this idea for some time now. Years, in fact 🙈

Yoga has been a big part of my life since I was studying speech pathology at university (15 years ago!), and diving deeper into my practice through teacher training had been on my radar while I was in Singapore, and the UK, but it was never the right time. In 2022, I started my 350 hour training - and completed it just before the arrival of my now 18-month old. While on maternity leave in 2023, I completed my pre-natal teacher training as well.

Needless to say, my practice has evolved over time - and never more-so than through my entry into motherhood. What has remained true is the knowing that connecting into my body and breath is always a good decision, and is always right there as an option.

Yoga is how I show up for myself, to best show up for those I love, and for the work I love doing.

Yoga for Caregivers is a space for you and for me, in this season of being busy tending to little ones, to take a moment to gently tend to oneself, and to learn (and remember, time and time again) the beautiful tools you always have with you even when very-much on the go - your body, and your breath.

And that’s this round of Baby’s First Book Club in the books! 💫

We have such had a wonderful time, meeting monthly these past three months, and digging deep into what book sharing truly means and how to make it happen at home - armed with my specially curated book lists, and favourite strategies!

Such a beautiful constellation of children and families, all sharing the powerful feedback of feeling much greater confidence in loving books together, as well as more interest, longer attention spans, and more turns and words from the little ones!
