SLES School Leaver Employment Related Supports 🩷 Employment Related Supports ✅

🩷Capacity building supports are designed to empower individuals in finding and maintaining employment.

🩷These supports may include job search assistance, workplace assessment, and counselling. They are intended for working age individuals, including students nearing the end of their academic careers, who have a goal of finding employment in the open or supported labour market.
🩷Additionally, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) are specifically tailored to assist students transitioning from school to employment.
🩷These supports begin during the final months of school and continue post-graduation, and focus on developing the skills and capacities necessary to achieve inclusive employment.
🩷The goal is to provide a comprehensive and personalized pathway to successful employment.

🙋🏼‍♂️SLES School leaver employment Service- NDIS - Vesta Community Care currently has ⭐️five spots ⭐️ available for any NDIS participants requiring SLES 🙋🏼‍♀️ and wishing to start on their work ready journey!

✅Our services are one to one, in-home and in the community, we also offer in clinic.
