People won’t always tell you if something’s troubling them.

That's why it’s important you make asking, ‘are you OK?’ a part of your every day relationships with those you care about.

By wearing a funky shirt every Friday we are turning the best day of the week into the one day of the week where we can all take ownership of our own mental health and encourage meaningful conversations with those around us.

WE BLOODY DID IT!!!

9825 people who have accessed vital early intervention mental health support in just over two years. To think that the vision has actually come to life is amazing.

From the bottom of our hearts, thankyou thankyou thankyou to everyone who has helped us make this dream a reality. There is no way that this was achieved alone! No matter how far we've come, we're only ever just getting started.

Who would've thought, a couple of bloody tradies, hey?!

Triple M has always been incredibly committed to encouraging our listeners to start a conversation with their loved ones about mental health, and so starting this tomorrow we will be teaming up with TradeMutt for FUNKY SHIRT FRIDAY 👔

We will be encouraging Brisbane to wear a funky shirt to work (could be an office or the worksite) as a way to encourage other people to start a conversation with them and ensure we are looking after the people around us.

As we reach the weekend, be the sauce of connection for some struggling.

It doesn't matter what activities you do, when we ketch-up we're meaningfully connecting and supporting those we care about.
