Limited spots are now open for the upcoming Strength Training Program trial. This allows you to ‘test drive or simply boost your results’ through resistance training with minimal time commitment.

The trial period offers massive flexibility between May 25th – June 19th (4 weeks)
Committing to as little as one session per week can open significant physical and mental positives.
This single weekly baseline is enough to stimulate muscle growth, protect your joints, and elevate your daily energy levels.

It is the perfect, low-pressure entry point for busy individual’s lifestyle change.

Over the next 4 weeks – you can do a trail session or commit to 1 – 2 sessions per week.
The MAX4 strength program is very popular, and this will give you the chance to see if it is for you before the next 11 week program starts.

During these dates May 25th – June 19th (4 weeks)
it is at a discounted cost of just $45/session (45mins session)

Alot of people struggle with this. It enhances posture, improves functional reach, and protects the rotator cuff, allowing you to lift or carry weight safely not only in a gym envouriment but more importantly in daily life with zero pain.
