The training is just ONE part of improvement.
It's also alot to do with HOW you feel before and after your chosen exercise.

Create a routine...that you can stick too.
You should feel excitment beforehand that you will push closer to your goal, enjoy training friendships, the positive surrounds and get a real buzz when you finish.

If your dreading the ego's, feeling flogged all the time and just not liking your exercise...it's time to change and start embracing the 'I'm getting somewhere!'

I see men and women who spend 5 days a week, 60 minutes at a time, out running, training and dieting and don't lose weight or change body shape!

I get enquiries almost weekly saying they have tried everything – but nothing works!

You've been led to believe that if you want to lose fat, all you have to do is regular aerobic exercise or cardio.

But there is more to it than that. You see ANY exercise increase is going to burn more calories (than sitting around) BUT this is not exactly the missing piece for many.

You must be able to monitor and control your cardiovascular intensity to maximize the number of calories you burn. Most who do cardio as there only form of exercise fall way short of intensity or they see it as a trade off for food rewards on the weekends!

After 21 years in the health and fitness industry – I could talk about this on and on and on…BUT I won’t.
In short there is a better way to start shifting your unwanted fat and turn your metabolism and body into fat burning mode.

If aerobic (cardio) exercise is not combined with resistance training (lifting weights) to at least maintain muscle mass, you cannot effectively accelerate the fat loss process. Yes – you can get results from cardio, fitness and health improvements – but not lasting body shape (muscle to fat ratio) results.

Each kilo of lean muscle tissue burns approx. 50 – 70 calories a day while your body is at rest, whereas body fat is not metabolically active, so little to no fat is burned for each kilo of body fat! As little as one resistance session per week can start to shift the gears in your vehicle.

Therefore, a combination of proper aerobic exercise (at the right intensity) and resistance training (designed to build muscle) enables you to rapidly burn the maximum amount of fat BOTH during and after your workout!

SPECIAL NOTE: This may sound like it’s involved and time consuming. It’s not! With the combination of strength/fitness and nutrition system in place, you can quickly burn fat, lose weight, and get strong and healthy in as little as a 30 - 45 minutes session once or twice per week.
