Are you a creature of habit?

Did you know it takes approx 2 weeks of consistently doing or not doing something to form a habit, and just as long to break one!

For me, my daily PB & Honey crumpet and Peach Monster before early clients is my habit!

It sets me up for the day, ties me over until breakfast and fuels my training session!

Cable Kickback Cues 🔥🍑
• Hinge slightly at the hips to lock in your glutes
• Soft bend in the standing knee for stability
• Keep your core tight — no swinging or arching
• Drive the heel back and up in a controlled line
• Squeeze the glute at full extension, slow on the return
• Think long leg, not high kick

4 Weeks Post Op & Back to Leg Day 💛
Nothing heavy, nothing fancy — just movement that feels good. Getting back into a light lower-body session reminded me how much my past consistency is helping me through this stage of recovery.

How I’m training while still not cleared:
✔️ Pin-loaded machines only
✔️ Light weights to avoid chest strain
✔️ Lower reps, more sets + plenty of rest

One lower-body day a week is enough right now — healing comes first.
Reminder: My journey is my own. Always follow your practitioner’s guidance.
