My amazing client Shelley set a goal to get under 65kg by her wedding - and she SMASHED it!

Down a massive 11.6kg!

❌ No crash diets
❌ No giving up her social life
❌ No stupid low calories
❌ No excessive cardio

✅ Resistance training

Want to level up your lunges and light up your glutes? Here’s how to nail this move 👇

💥 Step onto a small plate or step — front foot centered under the bar.
💥 Keep your chest tall, core braced, and spine neutral.
💥 Step back slow and controlled, lowering your rear knee toward the floor.
💥 Drive up through your front heel — feel that glute do the work!
💥 Keep your hips square and add a slight forward lean to bias the glutes even more.

Control the tempo. Don’t bounce. Own every rep. 👊
