4 key cues:
✅ Sit tall — chest up, ribs stacked over hips (no slouching).
✅ Control the squeeze — bring pads together slowly, don’t slam.
✅ Lead with inner thighs — think “pull in” not “push with knees.”
✅ Pause + resist — 1-sec squeeze, then control the way back out.
Small adjustments = BIG inner thigh activation 💪
