Spending time with some amazing women this Women’s Health Week.

The 10 AMAZING women I got to share a table of food with on Sunday at the local She Shed fashion fundraiser for Forgotten Women’s charity.

AND got to spend the day at Women’s Network Australia’s Mind Body Spirit day with this inspirational woman who is the creative muscle behind Sandy & Wood. Thanks Kath of RubyRed Jewellery for the tickets.

A big thanks to everyone who showed up for me on Sunday at our mindful afternoon tea. I'm really greatful for your support.

I had been feeling a little blocked creatively but got my ADHD flow going Sunday afternoon. I am very excited about some session plans and resources that I've created that will provide more structure with flexibility (for myself and clients).

Some of my services can be charged under NDIS. I will be updating my Web site with more details later this week. Please feel welcome to reach out with questions in the meantime.

I live in Brisbane.
We’ve just had a cyclone.
