Christine has been absolutely smashing her Single Leg Sit to Stands lately — and the progress has been incredible 💪
When she first started working on this movement, it was tough (as it should be 😉). Single leg strength challenges your balance, control, and power all at once. But through consistent training, focused technique, and showing up week after week, Christine has built so much strength and confidence.
