The reason our retreats are so amazing (if we say so ourselves ) is we spend a LOT of time researching and exploring new venues and feeling into amazing spaces and places to ensure the environment is ripe for transformation, expansion, nourishment and joy.

Each retreat is individually tailored to support your personal growth, whilst gently tending to your nervous system and overall wellbeing. Through our combined passions a reset occurs, it is subtle, gentle and a reminder to come home, slow down and reconnect with the deepest and generally the most buried part of you.

Yoga is a shared passion - pranayama is a shared passion - your wellness and wellbeing is a shared passion - Ayurveda and healing is a shared passion and these are but a few of the incredible modalities that we offer whilst on retreat.
