Talius

Talius The IoT aggregation platform for health. We’re building towards a clear vision:
To become the global standard for IoT services in health.

Our purpose is to be the IoT aggregation platform for health — uniting connected devices, systems, and services into a single ecosystem that links awareness, analysis, and action. Talius enables continuous care through a single platform that aggregates health data across the entire continuum of care — from home care to retirement living, residential aged care, and hospital settings. We don’t replace providers — we empower them.

What does impact actually look like?

✔ 40% reduction in falls
✔ 30% reduction in admin time

This is measurable, operational change, not theory.

Most systems react.

Talius is built to predict.

From raw sensor data → to clinical insight → to real-time action.

That shift changes everything:
• fewer incidents
• faster response
• better compliance

This is what an operating system for aged care looks like.

Talius' Founder & Executive Director, Graham Russell, recently presented at ITAC on how smart home technology is helping enable safer, more independent living at home.

The session, “Smart Homes, Safer Living: Technology Enabling Independence at Home – Lessons from the Regional Futures Smart Home Pilot,” shared how connected care solutions are supporting vulnerable individuals, particularly in regional and remote communities, to age in place with greater confidence.

Drawing on the pilot, the presentation highlighted how technology can:

🔵 Provide a safety net for people living alone
🔵 Improve visibility of client wellbeing between visits
🔵 Support more responsive and efficient care delivery

The pilot also demonstrated the potential of remote care models to improve outcomes for individuals, families, and care providers.

Thanks to everyone who attended.

Aged care doesn’t have a technology problem; it has a buying problem. That’s the core message in this recent feature highlighting Talius and insights from our Founder and Executive Director, Graham Russell.

At Talius, we see this firsthand.

The opportunity isn’t just to add more tech, it’s to adopt the right solutions that unify data, enable proactive care, and support teams to focus on what matters most: people.

Our platform brings together sensor data and AI-driven insights to shift care from reactive to preventative.

As the sector evolves, the conversation needs to move beyond “Do we need technology?” to “How do we buy and implement it effectively?”

Because better decisions upstream lead to better outcomes downstream, for providers, staff, and residents.

Australia’s aged care system isn’t under pressure. It’s at the breaking point.

• 110,000 worker shortage
• 59% of providers operating at a loss
• New laws mandating compliance

This is no longer a “technology decision.”
It’s a governance requirement.

The question is no longer if providers digitise, it’s how fast.

Wearables are revolutionizing the way we care for older adults.

Instead of periodic check-ins, care teams now have continuous, real-time insights, enabling earlier detection of changes in movement and wellbeing, faster response times, and more proactive intervention.

In aged care, this shift is critical. Early action can help prevent incidents and support independence for longer.

At Talius, we see wearable technology and remote monitoring as key to delivering smarter, more responsive care—where better visibility leads to better outcomes.

Sensors are only useful when data becomes action.

Talius ONE combines a device-agnostic integration layer with rules-based logic and AI, so critical events are escalated in real time — not buried in reports.

The result: coordinated, enterprise-grade responses (dashboards, nurse-call engagement, voice AI, and 24-hour workflows) that help teams deliver safer care.
