NEW YOGA SCHEDULE FOR 2025.

Yoga at the Macedonian church hall, New Farm.

•Wednesday 6am -7am ☀️
•Thursday 6pm - 7pm 🌙
•Friday 6am - 7am ☀️
(First class 15th January)

Classes will be a mix of invigorating Vinyasa and classical Hatha yoga.
These classes are designed to build flexibility, balance & strength, with an emphasis on developing a deeper connection to your breath.

Your teacher Aaron has 20 years experience practice & teaching, you’ll receive personalised attention and on going support in your yoga journey.

No bookings required, please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time.

Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga is now on Wednesdays & Fridays from 5:30am ☀️ 🧘‍♂️

Mysore style is the traditional way to learn the Ashtanga sequence, the teacher moves around the room giving assistance, instruction and guidance to students individually in the group setting.

When a student new to the practice begins, the teacher provides a lot of attention and instruction, teaching them the beginning sequences of the practice, bit by bit. They do not need to know anything about Ashtanga to begin. They don’t even need to know anything about yoga!
The teacher meets them where they are and teaches them the practice at the pace that best suits them.

Beginners to the practice start at 6am.

Classes are held in the Macedonian church hall on the corner of Annie & James st New Farm.
