Our Music Beat Therapy Services team recently partnered with QUT and the Australian Research Council (ARC) in their research project "The Digital Child" to explore ways to improve accessibility to digital music for children with hearing loss.

RMT and Assistive Solutions Team Leader Tom designed a program utilising the popular music creation app "Garage Band" and ran four sessions with the ARC research team.

We look forward to future collaborations with QUT and the ARC, as well as reading the results of their research study!

Music therapy is a science-backed heart-led approach to supporting healthy ageing and wellbeing.

Our Story

Kids Music Beat (the home of Boppin’ Babies) is a music early learning program designed by a Registered and tertiary qualified music therapist and early childhood education researcher.

Our program is designed to help babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers grow into happy, confident children. It nurtures development, fosters a love of music and helps you to use music in the home. Having fun through musical play and taking joy in your child’s musical expression is central to our program. All music is played live by our Registered Music Therapists.
