I started making bu

tton pads to replace the hospital gauze that sat around his site. These button pads have many positive benefits. They are more comfortable to wear, they keep the feeding site dry and clean, they can reduce the chances of granulated tissue forming and most of all, to reduce the ongoing costs associated with tube feeding as they are reusable. The line covers are also a great way to keep little mouths off the connection points and also a useful tool to ensure all the connections stay together. Many people find tube feeding quite confronting. Using a button pad takes the focus off the medical device itself and provides an opportunity to show personality and individuality while reducing anxiety around the feeding process. I am a mum to 3 beautiful boys who have taken the tube feeding of their brother in their stride. With the toll of having a sick child starting to affect me, I decided to dust of my sewing machine as a way to unwind and let go of the problems of the day. I thought if this was a way I could help my son and family, why not let it help someone else as well. If you are searching for something but can't find it, please feel free to contact me. Tubie Fun is proud to be sponsoring the 2025 Su***de Prevention Dinner & Dance Fundraiser 🌟

Mental health is so important and if it's touched your lives like it has ours, you know the difference help and support can make.

This heartfelt annual event brings our Redlands community together in support of youth mental health 💛 Held at the stunning Redland Bay Golf Club ⛳, it’s a night of connection, awareness, and making a lasting impact.

In partnership with The Cage Youth Foundation, this year’s fundraiser will help sponsor a professional counsellor dedicated to supporting local youth. Every ticket, raffle, and dance step makes a real difference in providing vital mental health support where it’s needed most.

For all of our business friends out there there as well - Donations are Welcome 🎉
The organisers are gratefully accepting donations of prizes for the raffle and auction to help make this event a success. Your contributions would directly support this vital cause, making a significant impact.

When it comes to tube feeding, having a setup that works for you makes all the difference 💚
