*Notice that we do not offer refills on other salons work as we can not guarantee the work, adhesive and lash quality. We are happy to book you in for a new set however we will need to remove the existing lashes prior to the new application. We pride ourselves on using the best quality of products, our application technique is word class and we pride ourselves on the quality and standard of work we produce, we can not provide you with this if we are asked to combine our work with others. Thank you

***Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
The Aim is to provide as many appointment blocks as possible and to be as accommodating to our clients as possible. We ask for the courtesy that in the event you need to cancel or reschedule that it is done at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time and failure to do so will result in the deposit being non refundable. No shows will have the entire appointment fee charged in full.

Yes we start getting your peach ready now for the warmer spring/summer period when you start showing more skin wearing those shorts, bikinis or summer dresses. We do combo treatments to address what you might see there's no one shoe fits all. This is also applied to other problem areas like the arms. Also be prepared to do multiple sessions this is not addressed in any less than 6 sessions.

Have you ever lost weight from dieting for one week? Have you ever gained muscle by going to the gym inconsistently? Have you ever used a treatment in your hair once and it was completely repaired? Have you ever taken an iron supplement intermittently and gone back to your doctor to be told your levels are now perfect? You get the point. Serious results take commitment and compliance. My sweet client brought these flowers in as a a thank you but the truth is it was all her own hard work. These results could never have been possible if she didn't invest the time, money and commitment in herself. Well done Viv! So happy and proud. 👏

🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️ Fun fact - Back whilst I was at Uni studying to become a Dermal Clinician one of my part time jobs was as a make up artist. I did the Bridal make up, formal make up, TV sets but my favourite was working on catwalk models and avant garde photoshoots with Fashion designers and hairdressers who entered comps. I just loved transforming a face using just make up. It is definitely a form of artistic expression. It was a no brainer to combine a passion for make up and working within the skin which I'm very familiar with. What I love about cosmetic tattooing is the range of being able to delicately enhance features ever so subtlety or completely restructure a brow or lips where needed. My lovely client here had her brows done and came back for her birthday to have her lips and eyeliner done.

Melasma is not a one treatment fix and compliance is key like with this beautiful client. Up until recently It was still believed to be a condition to be maintained life long. New emerging technology has actually produced case studies to keep it away long term and suggests permanently being able to reverse the condition. I'm looking for more candidates who can commit to minimum 3 sessions but up to 6 may be necessary depending on the severity of the hyper-pigmentation.
