I'm looking for keen and proactive support workers, who can quickly learn my needs and enjoy time out together, pursuing activities that interest me.
I am a 53 year old lady, young at heart. My interests are varied and I'm open to new ideas. I love craft, painting, swimming and socialising
I require assistance with daily living activities, going to my appointments, the supermarket, cooking and a little bit of housework
I already have a couple of great support workers, but I am trying to build that team.
Applicants must be reliable, have a sense of humour and willing to work and be flexible within a team.
I am Deaf so Auslan skills are a necessity. Deaf applicants are encouraged
The shifts are four hours long, and include some weekend work. There are 8 – 12 hours a fortnight available
Other requirements are;
Drivers License
police check or workers screening card (formerly Yellow Card)
Current First aid
