I just posted this 'sanity' blog lol. 🎄🎁🎄 These ideas are not rocket science… they may be things you already know - but do yourself a favour and try them out anyway.

Some may work better for you than others, but by exploring these you will likely remember other 'fix 'em ups' you have forgotten. And create a list of what works - one proven way to manage stress, holiday and otherwise, is to be able to deal with the endless dross of life. I first published this article back in 2009 when I was super busy setting up my clinic in Highgate Hill - but these are even more relevant these days when we just don't seem to have any time to stop! My Story

As a practitioner I love to help people who are fed up with struggling to create the life they really want to live - and as a business mentor I am passionate about helping other practitioners, therapists and heart centred consultants create a business they love to own.

Poet Mary Oliver poses my favourite question beautifully “What do you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

I believe that we are here to explore and play with possibility and grow into our best possible self. Life is too short to spend time struggling with the fears, old patterns, beliefs and mis-information that can stop us in our tracks, even when we know we can be more.

I help my clients break-through and clear what’s stopping them so instead of struggling they can lean into their life and love it!
