*We are not part of a general medical imaging (or x-ray) practice.
*We make DEXA affordable and accessible… it’s no longer reserved for universities, sports institutes and athletes.
*Our team applies scientific best practice for scan prep, positioning and analysis to ensure our scans are accurate and reproducible and ultimately identify small but important changes in body composition that you've worked hard for.
*We operate from 5am daily to ensure your results aren't impacted by food/fluid intake over the day. Our focus is on providing you with the most accurate results possible.

Yes, you do. It is a requirement of our Radiation Possession Licence that every person must fill out a waiver before every scan.

BMI IS MISLEADING! 👎👎

'Body Mass Index' as a measurement doesn’t account for athletic populations with a lot of lean muscle... the more lean muscle you have, the more you weigh, and the higher your BMI is going to be, incorrectly classifying athletic populations as obese.

With equal weight, fat looks 3 times bigger than muscle, so a DEXA scan will put your weight into context, telling you far more than just how heavy you are, and giving you an accurate picture of your progress in terms of muscle development and fat loss.
